Abstract

Isoxazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, respectively, are lower alkyl; R.sup.3 is lower alkyl or acyl; and R.sup.4 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, or acyl have antiflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activities in mammals and low acute and subacute toxicities, as well. The compounds are particularly useful as an antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic drug.
