Abstract
A phthalocyanine product in which at least two phthalocyanine groups which may be metallized or unmetallized are joined by a bridging group, the bridging group being attached to the phthalocyanine groups through --CH.sub.2 --X.sub.o -- linkages where X.sub.o is a basic group and the phthalocyanine groups are attached to the methylene group of the linkages. The phthalocyanine product is useful as a dyestuff.
