Abstract
A fluorinated acid fluoride having an ester group which has the formula ##STR1## wherein A,p, q and R are defined below is produced by reacting a diacid fluoride having the formula ##STR2## wherein A represents a C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 bifunctional perfluoro group; p represents 0 or 1; q represents an integer of 1 to 8 with an alcohol having the formula ROH wherein R represents an organic group.
