Abstract
Clinical method for evaulating thyrometabolic function by determination of clinically important thyroxine concentrations and thyroxine binding protein capacities in plasma. The method employs a competitive binding technique for determining free thyroxine concentration and thyroxine binding capacity for plasma having a known total thyroxine concentration.
