Abstract
A thermosetting composition for use in the formation of a magnetizable film on a substrate is disclosed herein, which has improved resistance to frictional wear and abrasion, and improved impact durability. The composition comprises a heat-curable polymer resin, magnetizable particles, a fatty ester, and sufficient solvent to provide a viscosity of from about 200 to about 600 centipoise at about 24.degree. C. The method of preparation of the composition as well as its use are also disclosed.
