Abstract

An electrophotographic light-sensitive material with an electrophotographic light-sensitive layer containing a charge-generating material and a charge-transporting material is described. The material is characterized in that the charge-generating material is a compound represented by the general formula (I) or (II): ##STR1## (wherein the symbols are the same as defined in the claims).
