A zeolite encapsulating material composed of an A-type zeolite expressed by a typical unit cell (CsxMII.sub.y Naz)(AlO.sub.2.SiO.sub.2).sub.12 .multidot.(NaAlO.sub.2).delta..multidot..omega.H.sub.2 O wherein MII represents a divalent metal; O.ltoreq..delta..ltoreq.1; and .omega. represents a positive number.
