Abstract

Devices such as blood transfusion tubes, which can be contacted with human blood at reduced risk of blood clotting, made of a segmented polyether polyurethane urea obtained by chain extending an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer with a diamine having a branch at at least one .alpha.-carbon atom, such as 1,2-propylene diamine or 1,4-cyclohexylene diamine.
