Hypo-allergenic jasmine oil is presented. This hypo-allergenic jasmine oil can be obtained by removing coniferyl benzoate and coniferyl acetate from natural flower essential jasmine oil by means of distillation, molecular distillation, preparative gas chromatography, preparative column chromatography, alkaline treatment or any combination thereof.
