Abstract
The compounds of formula I, ##STR1## where R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 have various significances, and physiologically acceptable hydrolyzable derivatives thereof having the hydroxy group in the 2 position of the 3-aminopropoxy side chain in esterified form, are useful as cardiotonic, antiarrhythmic, .alpha.- and .beta.-adrenoceptor blocking agents.
