Abstract

A herbicidal composition which comprises at least one of triazine compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group or an amino group, R.sup.2 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy group, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylthio group or a di(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4) alkylamino group and R.sup.3 is a cyclo(C.sub.3 -C.sub.7) alkyl group, a tertiary C.sub.4 -C.sub.5 alkyl group, an adamantyl group or a group of the formula: ##STR2## (in which R is a halogen atom, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy group, a nitro group or a trihalomethyl group and n is an integer of 0 to 2) in a herbicidally effective amount and an inert carrier or diluent.
