Abstract
A process for making an electrographic recording material which comprises applying to a conductive support an electrically insulating layer comprising an intimate blend of a vinyl ester interpolymer latex and up to 500 parts of an inert finely divided pigment per 100 parts by weight of latex interpolymer. The vinyl ester interpolymer comprises about 3 to about 7 weight percent of carboxylic acid groups supplied by an interpolymerized C.sub.4 -C.sub.10 vinylene monobasic carboxylic acid monomer.
