Abstract

Pyrazolyl phosphates of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is alkyl, aralkyl, or phenyl which may optionally be substituted by halogen or lower alkyl; R.sup.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R.sup.3 is hydrogen, halogen, nitro, lower alkyl or --COOR.sup.6 wherein R.sup.6 is lower alkyl; R.sup.4 is lower alkyl; R.sup.5 is lower alkylthio; and X is oxygen or sulfur, have marked insecticidal-acaricidal activity against household pests, plant pests and mites, without substantial toxicity to warm-blooded animals and fish.
