Abstract
There is disclosed a silver halide photosensitive material which contains in at least one of silver halide emulsion layers and colloid layers at least on antifoggant precursor compound represented by the general formula: ##STR1## wherein A, Z, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the same as defined previously. This photosensitive material is stabilized against overdevelopment fogging.
