Abstract

Heat sensitive recording sheet having improved light resistance and water resistance. A developer contained therein is one or more specified metal salts of 2,2'-bisphenolsulfide, 2,2'-bisphenolsulfoxide and 2,2'-bisphenolsulfone compounds. The heat sensitive recording sheet can further contain a heat fusible material having a melting point of 50.degree. to 190.degree. C.
