Abstract
A compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 alkenyl group or a C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 cycloalkyl group, X is a chlorine atom or a bromine atom and Y is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy group, which is useful as a herbicide.
