Abstract
A novel thermosensitive recording material suitable for credit cards, season tickets or passes, and the like to be used for a relatively long period comprises a substrate, a first thermosensitive layer having an acidic developer dispersed in a solid vehicle and laminated on the substrate, and a second thermosensitive layer having a leuco-dye dispersed in a solid vehicle and laminated on the first thermosensitive layer. The recording material can further have a primer layer, an overcoat layer and/or a magnetic recording layer.
