Abstract
The process for the addition of iodoperfluoroalkanes of the formula CF.sub.3 (CF.sub.2).sub.n I, in which n is an integer from 1 to 19, onto ethylenic or acetylenic compounds, by electrocatalysis of the mixture of reactants.
