Abstract

A composition for combatting fungal and bacterial diseases in plants is disclosed which contains, as the active ingredient, a compound of the formula: ##STR1## in which: R.sub.1 is hydrogen or an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 is an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 can additionally form an ethylene or propylene chain which is optionally substituted by alkyls containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, which are identical or different, are hydrogen, an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl radical containing from 3 to 7 carbon atoms, an alkenyl radical containing from 3 to 18 carbon atoms, the phenyl radical or the benzyl radical, in association with an inert carrier which is acceptable in agriculture.
