Kentones of the formula ##STR1## wherein each of the symbols R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms are disclosed useful as perfuming agents and in the preparation of perfume products.
