Abstract
1,4,5,6-Tetrahydronicotinamide derivative represented by the formula: ##STR1## (wherein R is defined in the specification), a process of preparing the same and pharmaceutical composition containing the same are disclosed. The compound has action for suppressing aggregation of platelets, and antiinflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic actions.
