Abstract
A photographic acylacetanilide yellow coupler having at the acyl or anilide portion thereof a moiety represented by --X--Y--Z where X represents --NHCO-- or --CONH-- radical, Y represents a divalent organic radical, Z represents ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is an alkyl or aryl radical, and a color photographic material containing an acylacetanilide yellow coupler.
