Abstract

A new compound, named 'Compound B-41D', has the formula: ##STR1## and can be prepared by cultivating a microorganism of the genus Streptomyces, especially Streptomyces strain B-41-146. Compound B-41D has valuable acaricidal and anthelmintic activities.
