Abstract
1,3,4,14b-Tetrahydro-2H,10H-pyrazino[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin es, e.g. those of the formula ##STR1## R.sub.6 =H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, (cycloalkyl or HO)-alkyl R.sub.7 =H, halo or CF.sub.3 acyl derivatives, N-oxides, quaternaries and acid addition salts thereof are antidepressants.
