An insecticidal aerosol formulation comprising a pressure-proof container equipped with a valve having a housing, button, stem and vapor tap, filled with a solution of an active ingredient in kerosenes having a boiling point of 180.degree.-260.degree. C. and a liquified petroleum gas as a propellant.
