The other system comprises two parallel arms hinged on an intermediate plate, two parallel arms hinged on the plate and on a support of the re-attachment head connected to a system of suction by means of a conduit and including two motors to drive in rotation a roller controlling the cop and to make its front part rotate by 180.degree. in respect of its rear part. In the re-attachment position the roller is employed to rotate a roller by friction located at the outlet of the turbine.
