Abstract

The present invention relates to laminates of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin (hereinafter referred to as 'PVF.sub.2 ') and a thermoplastic polyurethane that are formed without the use of any intermediate bonding agent and to the method of making such laminates, preferably by co-extrusion, wherein the polyvinylidene fluoride resin must have a certain specified apparent viscosity, at 200.degree. C., at certain specified velocity gradients.
