Abstract
The present invention relates to 1-adamantyl-3-(phenylsulfonyl)thioureas of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is lower alkyl, amino or lower alkanoylamino to methods of preparation thereof and to their use in the treatment and prevention of viral infections in mammalian and avian hosts.
