Abstract
Compounds of the formula (I) ##STR1## in which the radicals R independently of one another are hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl and Y.sub.1 and Y.sub.2 are both identical and are C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.20 alkenyl, C.sub.5 -C.sub.8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.6 -C.sub.10 cycloalkylalkyl, C.sub.6 -C.sub.14 aryl, which is unsubstituted or substituted by C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl, or C.sub.7 -C.sub.20 aralkyl or --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --COO (C.sub.1-4 alkyl), or if Y.sub.1 is --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --COO--(C.sub.1-4 alkyl), Y.sub.2 can also be the group --(CH.sub.2).sub.m --COO(C.sub.5-20 alkyl), and in which m is a number from 1 to 6 and n is 1 or 2. The compounds are heat stabilizers for halogen-containing thermoplastics.
