Abstract

This invention relates to a method for selectively enhancing absorption of 5-fluorouracil, bleomycins or bleomycin derivatives into the gastrointestinal tumor site by orally administering such substance together with an alkali metal salt of polyacrylic acid, and an orally administable antitumor composition used for such method.
