Abstract
An optical recording member for storing data by the selective ablation of a layer of energy absorbing material by laser address including a layer of recording material and at least one layer of a polymeric material having a second order glass transition temperature less than 293.degree. K. contiguous to at least one surface of the layer of recording material.
