Abstract
The anti-inflammatory activity of ibuprofen, ibufenac and other p-(isobutylphenyl)acetic acid-based anti-inflammatory drugs is enhanced by adminstration thereof in conjuction with a phosphonate compound such as EHDP or Cl.sub.2 MDP.
