Abstract
A herbicidal composition which comprises a herbicidally effective amount of a phenoxyphenoxy derivative having the formula ##STR1## wherein X represents a halogen atom or CF.sub.3 ; Y represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; and Z represents --COSR.sup.1 and R.sup.1 represents lower alkyl, phenyl, chlorophenyl, chlorobenzyl or methoxybenzyl; in combination with a suitable carrier is disclosed.
