Abstract

The process for producing a colored polymer according to the present invention comprises polymerization of a vinyl monomer in the presence of a radical-type initiator and a coloring agent which is a sulphoxide, tributylphosphate, diisoamylphosphonate, trialkyl/aryl/phosphinoxide, di-2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid complex of a dyed metal chloride or nitrate. Said colored polymers find extensive use in various industries such as aircraft engineering, car manufacture, civil engineering, and the textile industry.
