Abstract
This invention relates to a process for preparing terpolymer polyblends having low gloss in extruded profiles wherein rubber particles contained in an aqueous latex are grafted with alkenyl aromatic, alkenyl nitrile and conjugated diolefin monomers to form a grafted rubber phase dispersed in a matrix phase of said monomers, at least a portion of said rubber particles becoming associated with said terpolymers as a gel fraction in said polyblend reducing the gloss of formed polyblend articles. The invention also relates to a composition prepared by said process.
