Abstract
Apparatus for cancelling non-refillable bottles has an unloading section, where the bottles are received and sorted for color, if necesssary. The bottles then proceed to a counting section having a plurality of counting channels containing counters for the passing bottles. After counting, the bottles pass to a crusher section which cancels the bottles by breaking. A second unloading station may be provided at the input of the crusher for bottles which do not need to be counted.
