Abstract

Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is alkyl or alkoxy; R.sup.2 is substituted alkly or substituted alkenly containing 1 or 2 hydroxy or alkoxy substituents, acyl, and ketal group of the formula ##STR2## wherein n=2, 3 or 4, R.sup.4 is alkyl and R.sup.5 is hydrogen or alkyl, an oxime of the formula ##STR3## wherein R.sup.6 is hydrogen or alkyl; R.sup.3 is hydrogen or alkyl; X is halo and Y is oxygen or sulfur have herbicidal activity.
