Abstract

The invention provides a process for the specific agglutination of sensitized lymphocytes by adding to a dispersion of at least 10.sup.5 ml.sup.-1 lymphocytes in a physiologically compatible medium at least 0.01 mg/ml of poly-lysine or at least 0.1 .mu.g/ml of poly-ornithine and keeping the mixture at a temperature of from 20.degree. to 40.degree. C. for 20 minutes. The product is used for the diagnosis of malignant diseases.
