Abstract

A sizing composition of the spraying type comprises from 2 to 10% by weight of a modified starch, of which a 4% aqueous solution has a viscosity of 5 to 30 centipoises at 20.degree. C., and 0.3 to 7% by weight of dipropylene glycol. It is improved in respect to ironing properties.
