Abstract

Pharmaceutical formulations are described, which comprise a hydantoin of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is C.sub.1-4 alkyl, R.sup.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl; or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 taken together either represent a C.sub.4-6 alkylene group or a group of formula: ##STR2## where R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 independently represent hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl;
