Abstract

Method for coating or printing using as the coating or printing medium compositions of an acrylated epoxidized soybean oil, which is the reaction product of epoxidized soybean oil with acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, and a photosensitizer are useful for coatings and inks, and a pigment. The compositions can be cured by radiation.
