Abstract

2-(Dimethylcarbamoylimino)-1,3,4-thiadiazoline-3-carboxylic acid ester derivative of the formula ##STR1## in which R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon and R.sub.1 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon, a halogenated aliphatic hydrocarbon, an aromatic hydrocarbon, a substituted aromatic hydrocarbon, an aliphatic-aromatic hydrocarbon or a substituted aliphatic-aromatic hydrocarbon and X is oxygen or sulfur. The compounds have a high herbicidal activity against weeds.
