Abstract

Method of producing a continuous flexible tubular conduit having a plurality of helically wound reinforcing-electrical wires is provided wherein the apparatus has means for forming a plurality of wires into a corresponding plurality of substantially identical continuous non-rotating helical coils without entanglement of such wires and an extruder head for extruding a polymeric tube around the coils with the coil turns coaxially aligned and alternately arranged to complete the tubular conduit.
