Abstract
Extraction of a fungus of the class Basidiomycetes belonging to the Coriolus genus with an aqueous solvent under pressure and at a temperature of 120.degree. C. to 200.degree. C. gives an anti-transplanted sarcoma 180 tumorigenic substance in a high yield.
