Abstract

The flavor compositions of this invention include certain dialkyl-.alpha.,.beta.-diacyl succinates which significantly enhance the flavor component or components of flavor compositions. For example, butterscotch flavors are materially improved in smoothness and certain fruit flavors are given greater richness and ripeness.
