Abstract

A dishwashing apparatus which includes a generally perforate silverware basket for holding silverware during washing, rinsing and drying operations. The basket side and end walls include vertical and diagonal intersecting ribs forming a lattice-work of perforations which promotes natural, gravitational drainage of washing fluid from the walls.
