Abstract
The apparatus provides an internal means for spraying and heating quick drying traffic paint to a minimum temperature of 120.degree. F. utilizing a primary heat collector within which engine liquid is in thermal communication with engine exhaust gases and heated compressed air. Such heated engine liquid is then used as a heat transfer medium to elevate the temperature of quick drying traffic paint within a shell and tube heat exchanger.
