Abstract
Halogen-containing s-triazine compounds having two or more s-triazine rings which are remarkably useful as flame retardants are disclosed. The compounds can be produced by reacting cyanuric chloride with a specific phenol and a specific bisphenol in the presence of a base in a solvent.
