Abstract
2-(Dimethylcarbamoylimino)-benzthiazoline-3-carboxylic acid ester of the formula ##STR1## in which R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon, a substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon, an aromatic hydrocarbon or a substituted aromatic hydrocarbon and X is oxygen or sulfur. The compounds have an excellent selectivity action in regard to agricultural plants and also possess a superior herbicidal activity against mono- and di-cotyl weeds.
