Abstract

What is disclosed are prostaglandin-analogous cyclopentane derivatives of the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen or a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic or cycloaliphatic radical having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, or an araliphatic radical having from 7 to 9 carbon atoms, or a physiologically tolerable metal, NH.sub.4 or substituted ammonium ion derived from a primary, secondary or tertiary amine;
